The Showe Group Ltd (“SHOWE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the SHOWE digital programme and live event platform.
This Organisation Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data relating to people who register, administer or use SHOWE on behalf of an organisation, venue, event organiser, promoter or other business or professional entity (“Organisation Users”).
This policy should be read alongside SHOWE’s general Privacy Policy where an Organisation User also uses SHOWE as an audience member.

Where your Organisation uses paid SHOWE services or generates transactions through the platform, we may process information relating to:

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. SHOWE does not store full payment card details.

3. How We Use Organisation Data

We use Organisation User personal data to:

• Create and manage Organisation accounts

• Process payments, commissions, download fees and other charges

• Administer paid add-ons and services

• Send important account and service communications

• Maintain platform security and prevent misuse

• Monitor platform performance

• Improve SHOWE and develop new features

• Maintain appropriate business, accounting and transaction records

We do not sell Organisation User personal data.

4. Audience Data and Organisations

SHOWE is designed to protect the privacy of audience members.
Organisations may receive aggregated and anonymised information about audience activity and engagement through SHOWE, including information such as:

• Programme views

• Content engagement

• Interaction rates

• Audience behaviour patterns

• Advertising and sponsorship engagement

• Programme performance

Aggregated and anonymised information does not identify individual audience members and should not reasonably enable an Organisation to identify them.
SHOWE does not provide Organisations with personally identifiable audience information for their own marketing purposes unless the audience member has provided the necessary permission or the information is required to provide a specific service requested by that individual.
Where an Organisation independently collects personal data from an audience member, for example through its own website, ticketing service or other systems, the Organisation is responsible for complying with its own data protection obligations.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK data protection law, we rely on appropriate legal bases depending on why information is being processed.

• Provide SHOWE services

• Administer paid services and add-ons

Organisation account information will generally be retained while the Organisation account remains active.

Organisation administrators may invite or authorise other people to access their SHOWE Organisation account.

• Removing access when it is no longer required

• Keeping Organisation account information accurate

• Protecting their own account credentials

SHOWE may maintain records of account permissions and administrative activity for security, support and audit purposes.

9. Advertising, Sponsorship & Recommendations

Organisations using the Ads & Recommendations add-on may create advertising, sponsorship and promotional content through SHOWE.
SHOWE may collect aggregated information about how audiences interact with this content, such as:

• Impressions or views

• Clicks

• Interactions

• Engagement levels

• Campaign performance

This information may be provided to the relevant Organisation to help it understand the performance and value of its campaigns and sponsorship activity.
Any audience personalisation carried out by SHOWE is governed by SHOWE’s audience Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

10. Push Notifications

Organisations using the Push Notifications add-on may create messages to be delivered through SHOWE.
SHOWE controls the technical delivery of notifications through the platform and manages audience permissions and preferences in accordance with applicable requirements.

Organisations must use Push Notifications responsibly and only for appropriate event, programme, service or promotional communications permitted through SHOWE.

11. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including:

• Encrypted connections

• Secure cloud infrastructure

• Access controls

• Role-based permissions

• Authentication controls

• Audit logging

• Security monitoring

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

We may update this Organisation Privacy Policy as SHOWE develops or where legal or regulatory requirements change.

18. Relationship With Organisation Data Protection Responsibilities

Organisations using SHOWE remain responsible for personal data they collect and control independently of SHOWE.
Where SHOWE processes personal data specifically on behalf of an Organisation as a data processor, the processing will be governed by the appropriate contractual data protection terms between SHOWE and the Organisation.
